CertPronto is an online training platform that provides food handler and alcohol server certification courses for Texas workers. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.
CertPronto issues completion certificates for our training courses. We are a Texas-based online training platform. Our certificates are designed to satisfy common Texas employer and workplace requirements. CertPronto is working toward formal state accreditation; please verify acceptance with your employer or local health authority if required.
You agree to use CertPronto only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
Completion of a CertPronto course and receipt of a certificate does not guarantee employment, compliance with all applicable laws, or acceptance by any specific employer or regulatory authority. It is your responsibility to verify that our certification meets your employer's or jurisdiction's specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CertPronto and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or loss of employment opportunities, arising from your use of our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of CertPronto after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will post the effective date at the top of this page.

Summary: Full refund within 72 hours of purchase, as long as you haven't taken the final exam. See our canonical Fees & Refund Policy for full details.
Eligible for a full refund:
You may request a full refund within 72 hours of purchase, provided you have not completed the final (summative) exam. Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full upon verification. Employer seat credits are refundable for unassigned seats within 30 days of purchase.
Not eligible for a refund:
No refund is available after the final exam has been taken or a certificate has been issued, or once the 72-hour window has passed. Full details, including the fee schedule, are published on our Fees & Refund Policy page.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
