Fees
All fees are stated in U.S. dollars, charged once at enrollment via our payment processor. Food Manager Exam Prep includes 90 days of access to study guides, practice questions, explanations, and timed simulations. It does not include the official proctored exam, a certification credential, or any provider fees. There are no hidden or recurring charges. Promotional pricing, when offered, is disclosed at checkout.

Cancellations & Refunds
- 7-day refund window:Full refund on request within 7 calendar days of purchase. Your refund is 100% of the amount you paid — we absorb any payment-processing fees. No deductions, no fine print.
- After 7 days: Food Manager Exam Prep purchases are not refundable after the 7-day window, including if you have used the practice materials.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges: Refunded in full upon verification.
- Good-faith use: Our refund policy protects individual learners preparing for an exam. We may review, decline, or escalate requests that show signs of fraud, abuse, automation, or coordinated bulk activity.
- Processing time: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Course Access & Deadlines
There are no enrollment deadlines. Food Manager Exam Prep access remains available for 90 days from purchase. If CertPronto discontinues Food Manager Exam Prep before your access period ends, you receive a prorated refund for the unused access period.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@certpronto.comfrom the email address on your account with the subject line "Refund Request." Include your name and (if available) your order or receipt number.
Questions or Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may file a complaint via our Complaints process or appeal an adverse decision via our Appeals process.
